Job Description
- Coordinate with vendors for branding materials, activations, and timely follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain internal reports, documentation, and marketing records
- Track marketing budgets and support invoice processing and verification
- Assist in planning and executing trade marketing and retail campaigns
- Execute retail branding, POSM deployment, and in-store visibility initiatives
- Support dealer and distributor promotions to enhance market penetration
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to align trade and retail strategies
- Organize and execute roadshows, product activations, and field marketing events
- Monitor market activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or sales support
- Strong understanding of retail operations, dealer management, and POSM execution
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and field activities simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of budget tracking and documentation processes
- Willingness to travel for field activities when required
