Job Description
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for four-wheeler hire purchase business expansion.
- Collect, verify, and assess required customer and guarantor documents.
- Conduct residence and business/employer inspections to validate customer credibility and income sources.
- Prepare loan proposals in the prescribed format and submit for approval.
- Issue offer letters based on approved terms and conditions.
- Execute loan documentation, agreements, and legal compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with dealers/suppliers and issue delivery orders for financed vehicles.
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree running (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in any field (finance-related experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent research, documentation, and writing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas for inspections and recovery.
