Job Description
- Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the retail or franchise network
- Develop and implement strategies for franchise expansion and retail presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, franchise partners, and retail clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchises or retail outlets
- Ensure brand standards and operational guidelines are followed across all business channels
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, franchise expansion, or retail network growth
- Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred
- Proven exposure to franchise or distribution-based business models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive results
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
