Sales Representative

Job Description

• Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to retailers and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets regularly to maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure product availability and proper product display in stores.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to the supervisor.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update records of orders and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to improve sales performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate (+2) completed; Bachelor’s degree running is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related sales field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in field-based sales roles.
• Basic knowledge of the local market and retail network.
• Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
