Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage sales activities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, delivery, and after-sales support
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a dealer or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle sales and dealership operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in salesmanship and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Good understanding of market research and sales strategies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
