Job Description
- Visit assigned market areas and retail outlets on a regular basis.
- Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Open new retail outlets and expand market coverage.
- Ensure proper product availability and range selling in existing stores.
- Maintain good relationships with shop owners and customers.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities to the supervisor.
- Maintain sales records and submit daily reports.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate completed or Bachelor’s degree running/completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
- Must have a smartphone for reporting and communication.
- Willingness to travel and visit market outlets regularly.
