Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bulk/wholesale sales.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client databases.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Explore new market segments and expansion opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or poultry/meat industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and distribution networks.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in handling bulk/wholesale food products.
- Established network within retail, HORECA (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering), or distribution sectors.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and cold storage logistics.
