Job Description
- Lead and oversee the overall sales operations across Nepal.
- Manage and supervise dealers, distributors, and the sales team effectively.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for business planning.
- Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution networks, and acquire potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Ensure smooth sales operations following company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for efficient execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG industry.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Mandatory 2 years of experience as a National Sales Manager (NSM) in FMCG.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with sales applications (e.g., DNMS, Rosiya, or similar tools).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license.
