Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure a smooth supply of products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution channels, and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must have a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
