Sales Assistant

Job Description

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure the showroom/store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales performance.
• Handle billing, product display, and inventory coordination when required.
• Assist in promoting new arrivals, offers, and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or showroom sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand client needs.
• Well-groomed personality with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
