Job Description

  • Lead and oversee nationwide sales operations for the beverage division
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Manage, guide, and mentor regional sales teams and distributor networks
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all regions
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6–7 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales with proven team handling experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage multi-location teams and willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
