Job Description
- Lead and oversee nationwide sales operations for the beverage division
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Manage, guide, and mentor regional sales teams and distributor networks
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and availability across all regions
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 6–7 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales with proven team handling experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage multi-location teams and willingness to travel frequently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
