Job Description

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Act 2074 and other relevant labor regulations.
  • Manage statutory requirements including Social Security Fund (SSF), Provident Fund (PF), and other compliance-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and reports.
  • Supervise and manage administrative functions including office management and facility coordination.
  • Utilize HR software/HRIS tools for employee data management and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate with management to support organizational development and workforce planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Act 2074, SSF, PF, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
