Job Description
- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Act 2074 and other relevant labor regulations.
- Manage statutory requirements including Social Security Fund (SSF), Provident Fund (PF), and other compliance-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and reports.
- Supervise and manage administrative functions including office management and facility coordination.
- Utilize HR software/HRIS tools for employee data management and HR reporting.
- Coordinate with management to support organizational development and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Act 2074, SSF, PF, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in HR software/HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
