Job Description

Manage day-to-day front office operations and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out.

Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Monitor reservations, room availability, and occupancy reports.

Prepare daily/weekly performance and revenue reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within hotels/resorts.
- Experience working in reputed hotels or resort properties.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with professional attitude.
- Strong guest engagement and service excellence mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle operational pressure.
