Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day front office operations and ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.

  • Monitor reservations, room availability, and occupancy reports.

  • Prepare daily/weekly performance and revenue reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within hotels/resorts.
- Experience working in reputed hotels or resort properties.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with professional attitude.
- Strong guest engagement and service excellence mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle operational pressure.
