Job Description
- Manage and oversee all administrative and legal functions to ensure smooth operations across office, factory, and warehouse.
- Maintain strong control over legal documentation, contracts, licenses, statutory records, and compliance timelines.
- Implement, monitor, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors, auditors, and government bodies as required.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to administration, legal matters, and compliance.
- Support management by promoting disciplined administrative practices and improving operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles; experience in FMCG or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of administrative documentation, SOP implementation, and compliance processes.
- Experience in handling legal notices, regulatory correspondence, and coordination with legal advisors.
- Ability to manage contracts, agreements, licenses, statutory documents, and compliance timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email communication with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational ability with high attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
- Capable of working independently, under pressure, with effective problem-solving and coordination skills.
