Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Nepal labor laws.
  • Support HR operations and administrative functions as required.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Management / HRM / Business Administration or related field)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR software.
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
