Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Nepal labor laws.
- Support HR operations and administrative functions as required.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Management / HRM / Business Administration or related field)
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer (Recruitment & Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR software.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills.
