Production Engineer

Job Description

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and safety standards.

• Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement strategies.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

• Develop and update SOPs and production documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

• Support new product development and process implementation.

Job Requirements

- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering 
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in automobile assembly

- Strong knowledge of production planning and process improvement.

- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma principles.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
