Job Description
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation properly
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and communication
- Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents as required
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities
- Assist management in scheduling meetings and administrative tasks
- Handle vendor coordination and office-related follow-ups
- Ensure proper office discipline and operational support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree completed in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or related role
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
