Basic Information
Job Description
- Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in the system.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
- Prepare and organize reports, documents, and records.
- Maintain confidentiality of important company information.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
- Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or +2 completed.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
