Basic Information
Job Description
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, bills, and vouchers
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Support day-to-day office operations and staff requirements
- Assist in preparing reports and documents using MS Office tools
- Ensure proper coordination within the office
Job Requirements
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree running
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, basic documentation)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
