Job Description

  • Support and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
  • Handle recruitment activities: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and coordination
  • Manage payroll processes, SSF, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee data accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support HR initiatives and operations
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary procedures
  • Support management in HR planning and organizational development activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience in automobile or heavy equipment industry is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and SSF
  • Good understanding of Labour Laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
