Job Description
- Support and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
- Handle recruitment activities: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and coordination
- Manage payroll processes, SSF, attendance, leave, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee data accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments to support HR initiatives and operations
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary procedures
- Support management in HR planning and organizational development activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in automobile or heavy equipment industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and SSF
- Good understanding of Labour Laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
