Job Description
- Handle daily administrative and office management activities
- Prepare, maintain, and manage office documents and records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as required
- Manage correspondence, emails, and official documentation
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and office coordination
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of office resources
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Running)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Practical knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with professional conduct
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle
