Software Quality Assurance (Assistant Manager)

Job Description

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and the successful completion of projects.
• Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Defect Management: Oversee the identification, documentation, and tracking of software defects, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on test results, quality metrics, and project status to upper management.

Job Requirements

•  Must have 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
• Must have Bachelor's level in Engineering domain (Electronics/ Electrical/ Communication/ 
  Telecommunications Engineering)  
•  Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, including automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP), bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and test management tools (e.g., TestRail).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
