Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or related role.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (HRMS / Payroll systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
