Job Description

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRMS / Payroll systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
