Stock Controller

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights for management
• Design and manage dashboards using advanced Excel tools
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting
• Automate reporting processes wherever possible for efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret data and present it in a clear, concise manner
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
