Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR support
- Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms for talent acquisition
- Support overall HR functions including employee engagement and performance tracking
- Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer (recruitment & onboarding focused)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and HR software
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
