General Manager (GM)

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures

Job Requirements

• MBA (Finance) or relevant specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role
• Proven experience in the manufacturing sector (Textile/Fabric preferred)
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of operations management and cost control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a competitive environment
