Job Requirements
- MBA (Finance) or relevant specialization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role
- Proven experience in the manufacturing sector (Textile/Fabric preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of operations management and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a competitive environment
