Basic Information
Job Description
- Handle recruitment and selection process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination and HR data management
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and support management as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in Management, HR, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR field (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional attitude
