Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination)
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes
  • Coordinate with different departments for hiring needs
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare basic HR reports and maintain data in MS Office
  • Support general HR and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or running) in Management or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
