Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
  • Coordinate training and development activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR or related roles
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skill Requirements

 

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Knowledge of Nepal labor laws and compliance
  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems
