Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
- Coordinate training and development activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR or related roles
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skill Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Knowledge of Nepal labor laws and compliance
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems
