Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly approach
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product display standards
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with the inventory and management team for stock availability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed)
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
