Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers
- Conduct field visits to promote and sell products
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and update daily activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Ensure proper product display and visibility in the market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in BBS, BBA, or related field
- Prior 1-3 years experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Willingness to work in the field (field sales & marketing)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
