Sales Executive

Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers
• Conduct field visits to promote and sell products
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market coverage
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports and update daily activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in the market

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (running or completed) in BBS, BBA, or related field
• Prior 1-3 years experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Willingness to work in the field (field sales & marketing)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
