Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify and approach potential clients (B2B & B2C)
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits
• Present product features and provide suitable solutions to clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices
• Maintain proper sales records and customer database
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Identify new business opportunities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can apply for junior role)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good customer handling and relationship-building ability
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel and perform field work
• Ability to understand and learn product knowledge
