Sales Officer

Job Description

• Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, and project sites regularly.
• Generate sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in paints or related industry preferred).
• +2 running or bachelor's degree candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good market handling and customer relationship management ability.
• Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills will be an added advantage.
