Job Description

Generate sales and identify new business opportunities.
Expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in a footwear company is beneficial)
+2 running or bachelor's degree candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good market handling and customer relationship management ability.
Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills will be an added advantage.
