Site Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report project updates.
• Manage site resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit regular progress reports.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and team coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with site safety practices and project management procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining site records.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and have access to a bike for site visits.
