Maintenance Incharge

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, and SCADA-related issues.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment breakdowns, and repairs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with VFD, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and technical drawings.
• Experience in machinery maintenance, equipment monitoring, and repair management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple maintenance priorities effectively.
