Spare Parts Officer

Job Description

• Manage and maintain inventory of automobile spare parts to ensure accurate stock availability and proper storage.
• Coordinate with service, workshop, and procurement teams for timely ordering and distribution of spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Maintain proper documentation of spare parts transactions, stock movement, and inventory records.
• Handle spare parts inquiries, issue parts to technicians, and ensure smooth operational support for service activities.
• Conduct regular stock verification and assist in minimizing inventory discrepancies and losses.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control systems, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or automobile operations.
• Knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
