Job Description
- Manage and maintain inventory of automobile spare parts to ensure accurate stock availability and proper storage.
- Coordinate with service, workshop, and procurement teams for timely ordering and distribution of spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Maintain proper documentation of spare parts transactions, stock movement, and inventory records.
- Handle spare parts inquiries, issue parts to technicians, and ensure smooth operational support for service activities.
- Conduct regular stock verification and assist in minimizing inventory discrepancies and losses.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control systems, and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or automobile operations.
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
