Job Description
- Lead and supervise daily automobile sales operations
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and motivation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key clients
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with management for planning and reporting
- Maintain accurate sales reports and performance records
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (completed)
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales (including leadership exposure)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
