Sales Officer

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities
• Promote company products and ensure strong market presence
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely product delivery
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales (any industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
• Good understanding of local market dynamics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations
