Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
- Travel to different locations for market visits and client meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or cosmetics sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
