Job Description
- Identify and approach construction projects, contractors, consultants, and engineers
- Promote and sell construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain proper sales documentation and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in project sales or construction-related sales
- Freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and project sales process
- Ability to deal with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Problem-solving and customer handling ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
