Job Description
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams
- Expand and strengthen distribution channels (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (urban and rural)
- Manage key accounts including retail chains, hotels, and major distributors
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operational coordination
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7–12+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams at a national level
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to manage distribution networks and key accounts effectively
- Willingness to travel frequently across regions
