Job Description

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams
  • Expand and strengthen distribution channels (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (urban and rural)
  • Manage key accounts including retail chains, hotels, and major distributors
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operational coordination

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7–12+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
  • Proven experience in leading large sales teams at a national level
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Ability to manage distribution networks and key accounts effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions
