Job Description

Ensure product quality standards are consistently met throughout the production process.

Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials and finished products.

Maintain documentation and quality reports as per FSSC and ISO standards.

Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance within the facility.
-
Identify areas of improvement and provide training on food safety and quality practices.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC in the FMCG or food industry.
-
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP).

Excellent spoken and written English.

Proficiency in quality control tools and MS Office.
-
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling documentation and audits independently.
