Job Description

  • Ensure product quality standards are consistently met throughout the production process.

  • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials and finished products.

  • Maintain documentation and quality reports as per FSSC and ISO standards.

  • Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety compliance within the facility.

  • Identify areas of improvement and provide training on food safety and quality practices.

  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC in the FMCG or food industry.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP).

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in quality control tools and MS Office.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling documentation and audits independently.
