Basic Information
Job Description
- Plan,organize and supervise daily production activities to meet targets for PVC,CPVC pipes and fittings.
- Implement best manufacturing practices and process improvement
- Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity,manpower and resources.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years’ previous experience in the pipe & fitting manufacturing industry as a Plant Manager.
- Training or relevant exposure in supervision skills,quality assurance systems,environmental and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership abilities, communication skills and understanding of mechanical equipment and chemical process.
