Job Description

Plan,organize and supervise daily production activities to meet targets for PVC,CPVC pipes and fittings.
Implement best manufacturing practices and process improvement
Ensure optimal utilization of plant capacity,manpower and resources.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years’ previous experience in the pipe & fitting manufacturing industry as a Plant Manager.
Training or relevant exposure in supervision skills,quality assurance systems,environmental and safety regulations.
Strong leadership abilities, communication skills and understanding of mechanical equipment and chemical process.
