Job Description
- Responsible for repair and maintenance or replace damaged office equipment with coordination with vendors.
- Able to take responsibility in handling a company related tasks to be updated to governmental bodies example VAT status update etc.
- Traveling to different places within the valley and meeting different personnel for management and operation related tasks.
- Scheduling and coordinating work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Receive deliveries of tools, equipment and supplies and transfer them to work stations or other areas as dictated by management
- Updating executives regarding day-to-day expenses and planning the operation
- Collect information, support in documentation and the delivery of documents to the authorized offices
- Make necessary bank transactions required by finance and accounts department
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication and management skills
- Bachelors running or completed preferrable
- Experience with managing procurement with vendors, including obtaining quotations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take initiation and work with minimal supervision.
- Valid Two-wheeler driver's license
- Punctual, Reliable and attention to detail
- Basic electrical maintenance knowledge will be added advantage.
- Preference will be given to Male candidates.
