Job Description
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Manage and schedule a team of technicians and support staff.
- Maintain equipment and inventory, ensuring timely repairs and replacements.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workshop management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and inventory management.
