Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage regional and national sales teams effectively
- Strengthen distribution networks and manage channel partners
- Maintain strong relationships with principals, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade dynamics
- Ensure effective implementation of sales automation systems
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management
- Drive brand growth and market penetration strategies
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing
- Prior experience in RSM / NSM or equivalent senior sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Nepalese FMCG market, distribution network, and trade dynamics
- Experience working with principal companies
- Exposure to sales automation systems
- Excellent PR, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership and team management capability
- Strong analytical skills with excellent command over Excel and data analysis
