Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Conduct daily visits to SME clients and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Collect required documentation from clients for sales transactions.
• Submit client documents for activation and ensure proper product delivery.
• Stay informed about telecom industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily reports as per company guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must have own bike and valid driving license.
• Must have own laptop for work-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
