Job Description

Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Supervise and coordinate technicians and workers.

Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.

Ensure timely completion of repairs, maintenance, and servicing.

Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Prepare reports on workshop activities and productivity.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical/ Automobile
- Must have 2 years of experience in workshop management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
