Job Description
- Wellness & Spa Operations:
- Oversee daily spa and wellness center operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage therapeutic treatments, including theromatic and aromatic therapies, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new wellness programs and offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in all wellness facilities.
- Staff Training & Development:
- Conduct online and in-person training sessions for spa therapists and wellness staff.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide the team to enhance service quality and professionalism.
- Ensure that all wellness personnel are well-trained in the latest techniques and industry trends.
- Guest Experience & Customer Satisfaction:
- Personalize wellness services based on guest preferences and health needs.
- Gather guest feedback and implement necessary improvements for enhanced service delivery.
- Promote a culture of relaxation, healing, and well-being for guests.
- Business Growth & Resource Management:
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
- Optimize resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Compliance & Industry Standards:
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Stay updated on wellness trends and integrate best practices into operations.
- Establish and enforce service standards aligned with the hospitality industry.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Health & Wellness, or a related field.
- Experience: minimum 5 years+ experience in wellness/ spa management with in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, fitness programs, and holistic wellness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
